Chrome Hub Extension deal importer keeps selecting the wrong pipeline

I am unable to use the deal importer. Every time I use the importer it chooses the wrong pipeline for deals, even after I manually set it to the correct pipeline. (E.g., it selects the deal pipeline for an old SPV). 

It would be helpful if it remembered the last pipeline, and presented a drop down next to the import button so the user could verify where the deal is being imported to and change if necessary.

How to connect my Gmail account with Hub that it should increase the deliverability. As now emails end up in promotion box when I send them to LPs

We are working with AI generated text for our emails which we store in a custom field of the prospect so we can embed it in DecileHub templates and do mass send of customized emails.  Having some problems.

1. If the text has line breaks they are removed when the value substitutes in.  For example:

The system does not allow these fields to be blanks, but we sometimes want them blank.  Right now I am using a zero width space as a work around (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zero-width_space).  This works because Unicode does not consider it a white space so your code does not filter it out, but I'm using a specification error on DecileHub side to work around the problem.

We are running into workflow problems with closing LPs who signed a PACT and then want to invest with their IRA fund. How do I change the settings of the PACT and the investor onboarding process so they can select that they intend to invest their Self Directed IRA (or even a DAF...) I think it should just autopopulate their ability to check "read and approved" and fill in the custodian's name, and all that stuff. Because the current process generates the docs completely wrong and then it's a mess.

Hi, as soon as I fill in a custom field on the right-hand panel side (when in a pipeline), the right panel closes, which is very frustrating as I have to re-open the specific line to fill-in the different custom fields I want to populate... Is it something you can fix please?

Hi  @Woody Butler , I sent an email to someone from my pipeline but I can't see the email in my Sent items in Outlook. How can I check that this email was indeed sent?

Hello- when using the decile chrome extension to add a linkedin contact (and the email is available in the contact info) the contact doesn't have the email added to the prospect. I am using Hub Extension v1.200 not sure what type of screenshot to add but here it is

I want to use AI and Python (generated from Cursor) to send out customized newsletters to about 100 people.

Idea is to use AI to generate a customized email intro for each recipient in a spreadsheet, customize as necessary, and then use Python generated by Cursor to send the emails with my newsletter appended from Gmail.

Can you please tell me how I generate the unsubscribe link so it will work with DecileHub and the links to fund materials that allow recipient to go straight to the material without putting in his email address and name?

Hey, I need help setting up Zap to Decile Hub. My Zap creates new prospects but the enriched data is missing. Setup: Airtable (form submission) → Zapier → Decile Hub.

What is not saving: Tags, Referred By, and Primary Contact (name/email/phone). I've checked the org Overview, the Tags section, the People tab, and the Referred By field — these values appear nowhere in Decile.

Key detail: In Zapier's "Data in," all of these are present and correctly mapped (4 tags in tag_list, primary_contact_email and phone populated, referred_by_first_name set). But in "Data out," the Changes only list the prospect (ID/position) and the organization Company URL — tags, contact, and referred-by aren't reflected, even though Success returns true.

Question: How do I get Tags, Referred By, and Primary Contact to persist through this action? Do they require a separate action (e.g. a Person action to attach the contact, or Create/Update Organization for tags), or is there a mapping/config step I'm missing?

Shared some screenshots and would appreciate anyone's help!

When people unsubscribe from our newsletter:
1. Is there any way to tell by API or UI who has unsubscribed or to see it in a user's profile?

Can someone instruct me on the best way to link existing Google Drive folders and documents into Decile Hub? I'd like to be able to choose which folders get synced when doing so.

A Decile Base support post says Sprint 0 Set 3 still references a quiz at https://decilegroup.com/ai, but support noted it may have been moved or removed and would investigate. I can’t confirm a current replacement from the available posts.

We should support secondary email addresses on accounts for deduplication purposes, without using those secondary emails for outbound communication.

Use case: someone may accidentally fill out a form with a different email address than the one we normally use for them. If that email is stored as a secondary email on the account, the CRM should recognize it as the same person/account and avoid creating a duplicate record.

Important behavior:

This would help keep account records cleaner while avoiding the risk of emailing the wrong address, emailing a contact twice, etc

Hi,  I see that my task includes new deals.  would love to update and the info is available in a PDF on a June update.  The document is now on the platform and I would love to have the Ai bot scan and upload to deals.  

Also, I can do the same with Multiple LP lists of existing and prospect LP's. 

Want to do the as efficiently as possible.

Just trying to release the info and let the bots do their work in reviewing and placing data in the right place.

I have an investment memo that is almost ready for IC, but I still need to add one thing. I mistakenly hit "pass" on it (since it was not ready). The deal is now is marked as declined. And now I don't know how to reverse that. Is there a function or feature that lets me put that back into the decision stage? Thanks so much!!

Is there a email importer similar to what has been set up for deal flow but for importing contacts? I use pipeline-{fund name}+deals@decilehubemail.com for deal import, for example.

We are currently preparing an LP event in the Philippines and noticed that Manila is not available as a timezone option when creating event invitations. While Singapore and Hong Kong are available and share the same UTC+8 timezone, we would prefer to display Manila (Philippine Time) to better reflect the event's location and audience.

Would it be possible to add Manila as a timezone option?

Hello, I would love to be able to customise font sizes within an event description on Decile Hub. In this case, to provide a disclaimer at the bottom of the event, but being able to write the description in html would be even better. Is this possible any time soon? Thank you!

I have issues sending out emails to prospectus due to integration errors. The system disconnects me as soon as I send out the email and states "my google out is disconnected". I have tried sending emails out in "incognito" mode and I get the same error. Thx

When creating a new newsletter I love the copy a previous template feature, but I send a lot of emails so they old ones get buried and unselectable pretty fast. Would love to have a simple search here or maybe just load the last 25 emails instead of just 5 that it does currently?

I have tried updating the PACT agreement several times to remove the language in item 3 that refers to US securities law. When I click Preview this PACT, it reverts to the original language, and when I go back to the Pact Agreement, it reverts to the original language as well.  Any thoughts on what I can do?
